Kiara is a sub-project manager at Sellafield Ltd, leading decommissioning packages at one of the most complex nuclear sites. Kiara supports the Calder Heat Exchanger Deplanting Project, leading critical work to characterise the heat exchangers, ground investigations, and design of the laydown area once it is removed.

Kiara was awarded ‘Emerging Project Professional of the Year 2024’ at the Association for Project Management Project Management Awards, which recognized her passion and dedication to project delivery and the profession.

Anuli is a creative facilitator, trainer and consultant with experience across sectors including Education, Heritage, Mental Health, Performing Arts and DEIB. Anuli is passionate about raising aspirations and tackling educational disadvantage through trauma-informed practices with adults and young people. Outside of work, Anuli is the Inclusion and Representation Trustee for Bi Pride UK and a performer with Bollyqueer’s Performance Group.

 Emma is the Director of Consulting Services at Wellingtone. A Fellow of the Association for Project Management, a member of PMI UK and Spain Chapters, and an Axelos P3M3 Assessor, Emma is a PMO, Project, Programs and Portfolio specialist with extensive experience in the change management industry and a particular focus on collaboration, reminding us that we should be human first and change champions second.

She is extensively involved with several organizations, notably the Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute, Project Management Without Borders, International Project Management Association, Project Managers Against Poverty, and PM4Change.

 PMO Joe is an internationally recognized leader in the Project Management and PMO community. He is the President and Founder of The PMO Squad, a US based premier Project Management Consultancy. He is a frequent keynote speaker, author, project management innovator, and was a finalist for 2022 World PMO Influencer of the Year by the PMO Global Alliance. Joe speaks on topics of leadership, PMOs, purpose driven mindset, the project management journey, and a variety of other trending project management topics. 

With over 15 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management (P3), She held various roles where she has driven strategic initiatives, established governance frameworks, and ensured project portfolios aligned with organizational goals. In her current position, she concentrates on embedding and maturing benefits management practices across the organization. This involves tracking strategic and customer commitments and ensuring they achieve real business performance improvements. She is dedicated to benefits realization and enjoys demonstrating how structured benefits management can make a significant impact.

He works as a consultant, trainer and facilitator, initiating and supporting international collaborations in the fields of education, civil society and science. He has a strong passion for co-creation and agile learning journeys. After joining Bonn University, Germany, where he was in charge of the development and improvement of study programs and science communications, he served as an executive director for the Forum of International Academic Sciences’ unit for Strategic Partnerships, developing projects, joint ventures and activities for transformative science.

 Kyle Woolington has worked in project and program management for 19 years at Caterpillar. Kyle has led projects as a Six Sigma Black Belt, as well as leading and guiding teams through the project life cycle in multiple areas of Caterpillar including New Project Introduction, facility start-up projects, quality/continuous improvement, legal and multiple other areas. Kyle teaches several internal courses at Caterpillar, from basic project management to meeting facilitation training. Kyle currently manages a global team across 5 locations worldwide, ranging from Illinois to Arizona to Australia.

 Jamie is beyond her "passionate BA" title and truly embodies business analysis and adding value to those around her every day. An accomplished speaker, author, and trainer, she enjoys sharing with others ways to improve their analysis skillsets, unique ways to look at the world, and how to be more accomplished with measurable results. You can find her speaking around the world, both in-person and online, on topics on business analysis, process improvement, project and change management, and data analysis and governance. She is an accomplished author with her book Seven Steps to Mastering Business Analysis, 2nd edition, and published courses on LinkedIn and Pluralsight.

He combines his Project Management acumen for a leading healthcare organization with his passion for helping people achieve at a higher rate of speed/return in life.
